Ingredients

  • 500 g white or yellow peaches
  • 100 g flour
  • 70 g butter
  • 60 g La Perruche Cassonade
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract

Directions

Quick and easy to make a fresh peach dessert

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Pour the peaches into a bowl, then add a tablespoon of La Perruche Cassonade.
  3. Mix all ingredients and set aside.
  4. Mix the flour, vanilla and remaining La Perruche Cassonade in a bowl, then add the cold butter in pieces, mixing with your fingertips to obtain a grainy paste.

Baking a crispy summer crumble

  1. Pour the peaches into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the crumble batter over the fruit and bake for around 25-30 min, or until the crumble is golden brown.
  2. Leave to cool slightly before serving at room temperature.

 

 

Your yellow peach crumble is ready

 

The sandy texture of your dessert combines deliciously with a touch of almond powder sprinkled in at serving time. Warm crumble reveals all its flavors with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

 

For optimum preservation, place your crumble in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours. A quick 5-minute baking in the oven at 160°C will restore its crispness.
