How is a S'mores-style latte made ?

Ingredients

For the homemade latte recipe :

  • 1 espresso
  • 220 ml milk (or plant-based drink)
  • 1 teaspoon of la Perruche Cassonade.
  • 1 handful of mini marshmallows
  • 2 butter cookies
  • 3-4 squares of chocolate (dark or milk)

 

Drinking utensils :

  • a kitchen brush
  • a blowtorch

Directions

  1. Melt the dark or milk chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie. Using a kitchen brush, coat the rim of a cup with melted chocolate.
  2. Crush a biscuit coarsely by hand and pour the crumbs over the rim of the cup before the chocolate sets. Tip : Rotate the cup in your hand to spread the biscuit pieces evenly over the rim of the cup.
  3. Make an espresso with your coffee machine and pour the coffee into the cup. Add La Perruche Cassonade to the espresso shot and stir well.
  4.  Then add the milk to the drink after heating it in the microwave or in a milk frother.
  5. Place the marshmallows in the latte cup and use the blowtorch to toast them.
  6. Finally, press the remaining biscuits against the marshmallows and dip into the latte to enjoy !
