Fondant au chocolat orange et coco

RECIPE : ORANGE CHOCOLATE FUDGE WITH COCONUT

Ingredients for 6 people:
3 eggs
100 g La Perruche cassonade
35 g flour
90 g dark chocolate
85 g butter
1 orange
50 g grated coconut

Description:
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie. Whip the eggs and the cassonade, add the flour, then add the melted chocolate. Add the finely grated zest of a small orange.
Fill the silicon moulds to three-quarters full. Place in the oven at 200°C (gas mark 7) for 6–8 minutes. Leave to cool before gently removing the silicon moulds.

Tip from the chef:
Sprinkle the fudge with grated coconut and decorate with the orange segments to serve.
