Cookies chocolat au lait, vanille et noisettes

RECIPE : MILK CHOCOLATE, VANILLA AND HAZELNUT COOKIES

Ingredients for 6 people:
200 g butter
Pinch of table salt
4 g of baking powder
350 g La Perruche cassonade
1 vanilla pod
2 eggs
400 g flour
300 g milk chocolate chips
50 g chopped hazelnuts

Description:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Mix the softened butter, cassonade, salt and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and hazelnuts. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll the dough into small balls and arrange them on a tray covered in baking paper. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Your cookies will keep for several days if stored in a tin.
